Joining the practice

Now joining the practice of Palm Beach Hello Health is Dean Evans. Dean is a physician assistant who recently retired from the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center after serving veterans for 21 years in the Primary Care department.  A veteran himself, he brings a wealth of experience especially in the area of men's health.  Dean has served as the IT officer for PBHH and is looking forward to being now part of the active clinical team as well. Good things are coming soon with his help to connect our patients more seamlessly to the office and their electronic health record, adding secure messaging and the ability to schedule your appointment online. Dean may also be available after hours and weekends for housecalls to established patients only. This will be a cash only service but can be a very convenient way to access care when circumstances make that difficult.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a type of outpatient addiction treatment that provides intensive, structured care for individuals struggling with substance abuse or co-occurring mental health disorders. PHPs offer a higher level of support than traditional outpatient programs, but allow patients to return home each night.
